Joshua R. Friedman

Joshua R. Friedman is an attorney practicing in a wide array of practice areas including personal injury litigation and criminal defense.  He began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Garry of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.  In that capacity he cultivated “behind-the-scenes” experience in the court system while assisting in the process of deciding numerous complex, high-stakes appeals including those involving devastating injuries to pedestrians and bicyclists.  After entering private practice at another respected firm, Josh’s passion for representing accident victims drew him to Dreyer Boyajian (now Dreyer Boyajian LaMarche Safranko) where he advocates for accident victims in both state and federal courts.

“It has always astounded me how entire lives can be devastated because of the carelessness of a single driver.  I view it as my job to do what it takes to help our clients begin to put their lives back together after a devastating injury.  That mission is what drives me to put in the long hours it takes to face off with the insurance companies and that same mission is what has driven this firm’s remarkable success.”
