Matthew Favro is a graduate of Providence College, and Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude. While at Albany Law, he served as the Managing Editor for Lead Articles for the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology. He was also an active participant in the American Inns of Court program.
After graduating law school in 2006, Matthew practiced as an associate at Ford, Marin, Esposito, Witmeyer & Gleser, L.L.P., in Manhattan before becoming an associate at The Law Office of Gary L., Favro, PLLC, in Plattsburgh, New York. Matthew concentrates his practice in the areas of state and federal criminal defense, family law, real estate, plaintiff’s personal injury and civil litigation.
Currently, Matthew is the vice-president of the Clinton County Bar Association, the secretary for the Cliff Haven Homeowner’s Association, and is an active board member at Behavioral Health Services North and the North Country Center for the Arts.
